Восточноевропейские страны, точнее, Белоруссия, Молдавия
и Украина, имеют общую сухопутную границу с Европейским Союзом.
Эта граница разделяет народы, сообщества, семей. При том, что границы
с развитием европейской истории перемещались, изменялись, люди по
обе стороны границ перемещались довольно редко. Но люди построили
прочные культурные и личные связи в периоды совместной жизни, и
эти связи подверглись делению по государственной линии. Эти связи
влияют на текущую мобильность, подвижность населения Восточной Европы
сегодня. Доклад проливает некоторый свет на различные вопросы, касающиеся
миграции и мобильности в этом регионе. В нем подробно рассматриваются
все вопросы, связанные с миграцией, начиная от законодательства,
в каждой из трех стран.
