Статистический сборник состоит из ряда разделов, включающих показатели, связанные с молодежью (в соответствии с Законом Азербайджанской Республики от 5 мая 2007 г. к молодежи относят лиц в возрасте 14-29 лет), в том числе, демографические показатели, здравоохранение, образование и наука, занятость и безработица, досуг, домашнее хозяйство, состоящие из молодых семей, миграция молодежи и использование времени, а также преступности.

Каждый раздел издания содержат методологические пояснения понятий и определений.
