Издание охватывает в основном период 1990-2015 гг. Также включены показатели о дошкольных учреждениях, общеобразовательных школах, заболеваниях детей по экономическим и административным регионам страны.

Каждый раздел издания содержат методологические пояснения понятий и определений.
