3. Selection of ethnicity and language
In order to prepare a query to the database for
this table of the 2002 All-Russain population census, select ethnicity
and language for which the output of indicator values is needed.
If all ethnicities and languages are selected,
the first ethnicity in the database is taken as a default.
Group of countries (territories): industrially developed countries of the world
Indicator: 2002 census. Command of languages (человек)
