FERTILITY AND FAMILY SURVEYS IN COUNTRIES OF THE ECE REGION ОБСЛЕДОВАНИЕ РОЖДАЕМОСТИ И СЕМЬИ В СТРАНАХ, ВХОДЯЩИХ В ЗОНУ ЕВРОПЕЙСКОЙ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ КОМИССИИ

За последние три десятилетия в большинстве стран Европы и Северной Америки произошли большие изменения в брачном и репродуктивном поведении мужчин и женщин, которые выразились в растущем сосуществовании разнообразных форм семьи, некоторые из которых являются совершенно новыми, не имевшими прецедента в истории.

Эти тенденции, вызывающие беспокойство в Европе, первоначально проявились в Северной и Западной Европе в середине 1960-х годов, постепенно сдвигались к югу континента и относительно позднее проявились и в странах Центральной и Восточной Европы.

Многообразные аспекты этих изменений включают, между прочим, откладывание первых браков и снижение их уровня, рост разводимости и внебрачных сожительств, сокращение уровня рождаемости и, одновременно, рост уровня внебрачной рождаемости и бездетности. Итогом этих процессов было снижение, иногда до беспрецедентно низкой величины, показателей рождаемости в условных поколениях и коэффициентов первых браков. Другим важным итогом тех же изменений стало растущее разнообразие форм семейных союзов, и, одновременно, растущее число молодых взрослых людей, не вступающих в брак, а также неполных и перегруппированных семей.

Указанные изменения в брачности и репродуктивном поведении находят отражение в данных переписей населения, текущей статистики событий естественного движения населения и/или в данных электронных регистров населения. Однако глубина и широта источников таких данных сильно различаются от страны к стране, что делает затруднительным их сравнительный анализ.

Этот недостаток в известной мере компенсируется проведением специализированных выборочных обследований в рамках Проекта FFS (The Fertility and Family Surveys), инициированного в конце 1980-х годов Группой демографического анализа (Population Activities Unit) Европейской Экономической Комиссии ООН.

В 1996 году начали публиковаться национальные доклады, имеющие единообразную стандартную структуру и излагающие результаты обследования. Перечень опубликованных докладов приводится ниже.

Россия в Проекте FFS не участвовала.
